He's the leader of the team and the oldest- in his 50s- and all about business. This Japanese man doesn't allow himself to get too emotionally close to his men, because he knows he has to put them in harm's way. He's seen it all and gets more annoyed at surprises than anything else.
Specialist James Lee
Lee (Asian, mid 20s-mid 30s) has just joined the ranks of D9 and is a specialist in computer psychology. He?s been trained well in combat and even better in all theories and regulations regarding artificial intelligence. He lacks the field experience of his fellow soldiers. Martial arts/kickboxing skills a plus.
A veteran soldier (40+) with a higher rank than the others. He reports to the Sergeant who trusts him a lot. They've been through a lot and have seen a lot. His experience has given him a broader knowledge of why things are done they way they are. The dominance of white in his military haircut gives away his age as do the creases in his face. His steady eyes that have seen it all.
(mid 20s-mid 30s) the storyteller of the group; talks a little more than anyone cares for and thinks his jokes are funnier than anyone cares to tell him.
(Latino, mid 20s-mid 30s) the wiseguy of the group. He?s better socially than Warnock at gauging a group's interest and lightens up the mood with sarcasm and humor. When he's scared, he manifests it in anger. He's left-wing when it comes to the rights of artificial life.
(mid 20s-mid 30s) the tough and beautiful woman of the team. Everyone knows she's hot, but respects her because she does her job well. She's social and fun, and not afraid to act like a woman amongst the boys. She's well tempered and a little more right-wing than Chavez.
The rest of the cast:
Daniel Richards - The programmer
A young kid. (pass for 14 years old) He would be skinny if not for all his cyber-enhancements, so he ends up looking a bit lumpy. He's generally un-kept, nerdy and cowardly; which contrasts sharply from the obvious power he wields as an artificial intelligence developer. He?s incredibly intelligent, but a bit sloppy when it comes to protocol.
(40+) Slightly overweight, he?s used to being pampered and in charge. Enjoys dressing expensively and has a sense of elitism or righteousness about him.
(Hot, hot, hot) A voluptuous female with fantastic, draw-dropping dimensions. Built to spec, the model 7000XTC's behavioral parameters are set to be always demurr and aroused. Suggested nudity. Martial arts/kickboxing skills a plus.
The Combat Mech
A gigantic, bald, body-builder-sized, barely-human, no-neck tactical combat mech. (did I mention gigantic?)
